Whatever specific purpose God created you for, with it comes the calling to be a world changer. Not only for you and your generation, but for many generations to come. This is a difficult task, but one that we are fashioned and created for. A world changer will see his or her world through the eyes of God, and will move to accomplish this task through the power of God. We should pray for a desire and compassion to make a difference. To be a world changer, we should allow the holy spirit to invade our lives so radically that it changes our personal world first.

YOUR GREATEST SELF
There are 2 questions everyone must ask themselves. The first question is “Who am I?” To find that answer, one must answer the second questions: “Who is Jesus?” Identity is a gift from God. We can never become our true selves until we find our place in him. Your best will not come from a higher degree, more friends, or better paying job. We have to know who we are before we know what to become, where to go, and how it’s done. Your best doesn’t depend on something you have accomplished or will accomplish. Your best is when you discover what it means to “BE IN CHRIST”.

John 3:16 says if you believe in Jesus you have eternal life. IS BELIEVING SIMPLY KNOWING SOMETHING TO BE TRUE? James wrote in chapter 2 that demons believe and tremble. Believing is more than feelings or even convictions. Believing is living by faith that moves you to walk, talk, and live a certain way. The certain way was exemplified by Christ himself. Does your life reflect believing?

Do you have a dream that feels impossible? Would you like to change but just can’t get there? Are you tired of talking a good game with no action? We are called to be men and women of ACTION. But let’s be honest, many people will talk for days, weeks, months, even years about what they want to change, what they want to accomplish, what they want God to do for them, who they want to become. Nonetheless, no action is ever taken. We are to walk in faith, not by sight. Don’t be a hearer only. Hearers take a quick look, but don’t do anything about it. Hearers take a quick look but then forget it the next moment, fearing the unknown. We are to be man or woman of action. Know what the word says about you, know what the promises are for you, and Be a doer of that word.
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Matthew 5:14 “You are the light of the world.
It's been home to me for the past 25 years. The presence of the Lord is truly in the GDWC, and the word is preached. There is so much love and compassion that flows from everyone. When one is hurting we all Stand in the Gap. The Pastor and Asst. Pastor are always there for you. Our church is a blessing and I thank the Lord for it.

Thank God for the GDWC. Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty. The freedom to worship is amazing. The influence it has had on my family in the past 27 years and now seeing my grandchildren learning about Jesus makes my heart glad. Having a pastor and Asst. GDWC is a wonderful church to attend. The atmosphere is very welcoming and it's a wonderful place to hear the word of God. My family started attending GDWC when I was 3 years old. Now I enjoy bringing my kids. GDWC has been a great place for me to grow and learn about God with excellent preachers, teachers, and youth leaders. I have so many wonderful memories and friendships from attending GDWC. Most importantly, I have been instilled with the knowledge of God.
